Upon graduating Parsons School of Design with a BFA in painting, Ellen pursued a career as a Stylist in New York City. She worked with photographers and creative teams styling photo shoots and campaigns for celebrities, fashion editorials and advertising. Over time her clients became equally reliant on her ability to style sets, making her transition to designing interiors seamless.
"My background in fine art has informed my approach to design. I am deeply inspired by what I see in the world around me. I have been lucky enough to have traveled to some of the most fascinating places in the world, exploring my passion for art, design and architecture. Both the knowledge gained and the emotions evoked by these experiences continue to influence my practice designing interiors".
"When I am presented with a new project, I listen carefully to my clients in order to design interiors that reflect their personality and needs. Always mindful of this, I create homes that achieve a high visual impact by pushing creative boundaries to arrive at something exceptional.
